Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the conviction and sentence awarded to the accused petitioners and the fact that they were on bail during trial and hearing of petitions may take long time, I deem it just and proper to suspend the sentence awarded to them during the pendency of the criminal revision.
Accordingly, the application for suspension of sentence is allowed and it is ordered that the sentence awarded to accused-

petitioners- Ashok Kumar S/o Shri Phool Chand Meena and Ajay @ Yuvraj S/o Shri Girdhari Lal Meena in Criminal Case No.408/17 (338/14) shall remain suspended; provided each of them furnishes a personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- and two sureties bond of Rs. 25,000/- each, to the satisfaction of the learned trial court to the effect that they shall appear before this Court on 10.12.2020 and, as and when called upon to do so.
