Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that appellant was acquitted under Sections 399 and 402 IPC. Learned counsel further submits that he is behind the bars since November, 2019 and hearing of appeal may take long time.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the conviction and sentence awarded to the accused appellant, I deem it just and proper to suspend the sentence awarded to the appellant during the pendency of the appeal.

Accordingly, the application for suspension of sentence is allowed and it is ordered that the sentence awarded to accusedappellant Harisingh @ Hariya @ Soorya S/o Ratan Lal in Sessions Case No.97/2014 shall remain suspended; provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- and two sureties bond of Rs. 25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court to the effect that he shall appear before this Court on 07.12.2020 and, as and when called upon to do so.
