Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant was on bail during trial. In-fact, it was a case of love affair. In a habeas corpus petition filed by the father of the prosecutrix, prosecutrix had appeared in the Court and had stated that she had gone with the applicant of her own free will and had performed Nikah with him. Applicant is a young boy, now aged about 25 years.
Learned State Counsel has opposed the application.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be just and expedient to suspend the sentence of the applicant during the pendency of the appeal.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, application is allowed. Sentence of the applicant shall remain suspended during the pendency of the appeal. Applicant be admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the Trial Court.
