Appellant has filed the appeal challenging the order dated 10.12.2019 passed by the learned Single Judge, whereby, the writ petition filed by the appellant was dismissed.
We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the record available on file carefully.
Appellant had filed the writ petition seeking the direction to the respondent to re-conduct Type Test of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Clerk Grade-II/Junior Assistant pursuant to Advertisement dated 16.4.2018.
Appellant had not submitted any objection on the day he appeared for the examination to the effect that he could not

complete the Type Test conducted online due to failure of server of internet. Selection Board had given two chances to the candidates, who had taken Type Test. Name of the appellant was not mentioned in any of the list. A notice was issued by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board on 4.9.2019 for conducting Type Test but the appellant had not raised his voice to the effect that his name was not in the list. Appellant had represented on 6.9.2019. Again on 14.10.2019 another opportunity was given by Rajasthan Staff Selection Board, but the appellant submitted his representation on 18.10.2019.
Learned Single Judge rightly held that the appellant had failed to immediately agitate his grievance when his name did not figure in the two notices issued by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board for conducting Type Test.
No ground for interference is made out.
