The matter comes up on an application (1/2020) preferred on behalf of appellant seeking withdrawal of appeal.
Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the appellant wants to withdraw the appeal to avail benefit under the amnesty scheme announced by the Central Government viz. “Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019” with liberty to file fresh appeal, if occasion arise.
The application (1/2020) is, accordingly, allowed.
The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed
for.
