An application for correction of name of the petitioner has been filed wherein it was mentioned that name of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned as “wife of Shri Sushil Kumar Kalwar” instead of “daughter of Shri Sushil Kumar Kalwar”. The application is duly supported by an affidavit.
Accordingly, the cause title is directed to be corrected and the Court Master is directed to make a note on the cause title mentioning the name of the petitioner as “daughter of Shri Sushil Kumar Kalwar” instead of “wife of Shri Sushil Kumar Kalwar”.

Application is accordingly disposed of. Amended cause title attached with the application is ordered to be taken on record.

An application has been filed praying for withdrawal of the present writ petition.
