The petitioners by way of this writ petition have prayed that they should not be dispossessed from the land Bearing Khasra Nos.86, 87, 94, 114 and also prayed for regularization. The land is agricultural land and the appropriate remedies under the Land Remedy Act and Tendency Act are available to agriculturists.
