Counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in this writ petition has been considered and decided by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.02.2020 in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 15115/2018, in the matter of Suman Jat & Anr. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.
In that view of the matter, the present writ petition stands dismissed in view of the judgment passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the matter of Suman Jat (supra).
