After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition. Only prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the Appellate Rent Tribunal, Kota be directed to decide the pending appeal expeditiously.

The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
However, the Appellate Rent Tribunal, Kota is directed
to decide the appeal expeditiously but not later than six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
