After arguing for some time, Mr. V.R. Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present the present writ petition with a liberty to agitate petitioner’s cause before the competent authority before whom numerous representations have already been filed.

Permission granted.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

The petitioner may file fresh representation alongwith photostat copy of the earlier representation and the certified copy of the order instant within a period of 15 days.

If such representation is filed, the competent authority shall consider the same in accordance with law.

It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the representation has been issued only with a view to ensure expeditious redressal of petitioner’s grievance. The same may not be construed to be an order to decide the representation in a particular manner.

The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
