Mr. Choudhary, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent- State informs that the petitioner has been transferred to Government Senior Secondary School, Bithuja and as such petitioner’s grievance has been duly redressed.
Mr. Dave, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no direct connectivity to the school at Bithuja and looking to the petitioner’s ailment, it will not be possible for him to undertake such journey.
Having regarding to the facts of the case, this Court is of the considered opinion that petitioner’s grievance has been substantially redressed by order dated 8.1.2020 as the petitioner has been placed at a school near his place of residence, i.e., Bithuja.
With these observations, the writ proceedings are closed. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
