This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to stop the manufacturing and sale of alleged unsafe and below standard food articles by the private respondents.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
Since the ample legal provisions are in place to prevent the manufacturing and sale of unsafe and below standard food articles, therefore, we are not inclined to issue any specific direction in the Petition and the Petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the concerned authorities for their consideration and taking effective steps in accordance with law, if needed.
