This case was reserved for orders as similar bunch of cases with regard to the same issue relating to reservation benefit for EWS to be provided in pending selections were already heard at length and order was reserved.
The said bunch of cases with leading case i.e. Surendra Singh Rathore Vs. State and others (SB Civil Writ Petition No.13208/2019) and other connected writ petitions were decided on 06/12/2019 upholding the decision of the State Government in not including EWS reservation in pending selections.
Keeping in view the judgment passed in Surendra Singh Rathore Vs. State and others (supra), the present writ petition claiming the same relief is also dismissed in the same terms. The order passed in Surendra Singh Rathore Vs. State and others (supra) shall apply mutatis-mutandis on this case too.
