This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the

following prayer:-

“It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may most graciously be pleased to accept and allow the writ petition and further be pleased: (i) By an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature thereof thereby the Rajasthan State Cooperative Tribunal, Jaipur (Respondent no. 5) be directed to decide the appeal no. 42/2015 titled Mool Singh v/s Smt. Urmila Jhanwar and others pending before him with in stipulated time: (ii) Any other order which this Hon'ble Court deems just and proper in the facts

and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioner; (iii) Cost of the writ petition may also be awarded in favour of the petitioner.”

Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an old lady aged about 70 years and prayed for expeditious disposal of the appeal pending before the tribunal.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case and also the fact that the petitioner is an old lady aged about 70 years, I deem it just and proper to direct the tribunal to decide the pending appeal preferably within a period of six months.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
