This petition is filed by the petitioner’s father seeking directions to the respondents to transfer the petitioner-Shivcharan from Central Jail, Jaipur to the Open Air Camp, Jaipur. Alternatively, it is prayed that the application preferred by the petitioner seeking transfer to Open Air Camp may be decided within a period of 15 days.
