This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for direction not to harass the petitioners in FIR No. 71/2018, registered at Police Station Udhyog Nagar, Dist. Bharatpur for the offences under Section 323, 341, 326, 307, 498A and 34 of IPC.

Heard learned counsel for both the sides and perused the material made available on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners namely, Bhagawat Singh and Lalit Kishor are not accused of this FIR. Still, they are being harassed by the police. 4. Learned Assistant Govt. Counsel has procured the status report of the investigation, according to which, both the above petitioners have not been found to be accused in this case till date.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with the direction that both the petitioners shall not be harassed in any manner, in case, they are not found involved in the criminal case under reference.
