Heard counsel for the petitioner.
During the course of arguments, counsel has not press the application with regard to release of mobiles, and prays for release of motorcycle No.RJ-08/SW-1843. It has been submitted that the petitioner is registered owner of the motorcycle and no other persons has submitted Supurdagi for the motorcycle. The motorcycle will be depreciated lying in the Police Station.
Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the prayer.
Having heard contention of the counsel for the parties, looking the fact that the petitioner is registered owner of the motorcycle and no other person has claimed the Supurdagi of the motorcycle. The motorcycle lying in the police station would be depreciated.
In view of the above, revision petition is allowed motorcycle No.RJ-08-SW-1843 is ordered to be released on

Supurdagi to the petitioner. The Court below shall be free to impose conditions regarding the Supurdagi of the motorcycle to the petitioner.
Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
