Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
It has been submitted that FIR No. 343/2020 for offences under Section(s) 420 and 406 of I.P.C. came to be registered at police station Bajaj Nagar, District Jaipur City East, which is submitted as Annexure-1. This FIR was lodged on 08.09.2020 and after registration of FIR, there is no progress in investigation because the police officials are in collusion with the accused person as they are highly influential people.
The concerning Investigating Officer is not conducting free and fair investigation in the FIR. Hence, it is prayed that the investigation may be tranferred to C.I.D., C.B.I. or to any other

independent officer, who is not below the rank of Commissioner of Police and necessary directions may kindly be given for proper, fair and unbiased investigation in aforesaid FIR No.343/2020.
In view of the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitionercomplainant to file representation, if he so desires, with the concerning Investigating Officer and higher officers.
The respondents are directed that if any such representation is filed, that shall be considered as per law.
