Both the husband and the wife, who had estranged relation earlier, have reached to a compromise and are living together. They have both come forward to request for closing the proceedings initiated in Criminal Case No.88/2015 for offence under Section 498-A and 406 IPC registered at Police Station, Mundawar, Alwar.
Complainant – Smt. Rekha has entered into a compromise and her husband undertakes to keep her and maintain her properly and assures this Court that no cruelty is caused in future.

Similarly, his wife also assures this Court to keep matrimonial environment happy and peaceful.
In view of the above and in the spirit of Lak Adalat , proceedings initiated in Case No.88/2015 for offence under Section 498-A and 406 IPC shall stand closed. FIR No.29/2014 registered at Police Station, Mundawar, Alwar is quashed.
Criminal Misc. Petition is accordingly allowed.
