The present bail application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.63/2020 registered at Police Station Piloda, District Sawaimadhopur, for the offence(s) under Section 307 of IPC.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the complainant had enmity. No injury caused to the complainant and petitioner has been wrongly implicated in this case, so, the petitioner be enlarged on anticipatory bail.
Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. Allegation levelled against the petitioner is that petitioner was fired on complainant, so, looking to the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant the anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Hence, the anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
