This bail application has been filed under Section 438 CrPC. in connection with FIR No. 130/19 registered at Police Station Kaman, District Bharatpur for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 354, 452, 143 IPC whereupon the investigation was commenced. Apprehending their arrest, the petitioner moved the bail application before the court below, which were dismissed. Hence, the bail application has been filed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no grievance injury attributed to the petitioner.
Learned PP opposes the bail application.
Taking into consideration the overall facts & circumstances but without commenting further on merits, this bail application filed under Section 438 CrPC is allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest of petitioners Harbhajan son of Munshi & Pappu
