This application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner apprehending her arrest in connection with F.I.R. No. 384/2019, Police Station Kotwali, Sri Ganganagar, District Sri Ganganagar for the offences under Sections 332, 353, 147 & 149 of I.P.C.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the co-accused Mohanlal and Savitri have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail by the learned trial court. The allegations against the petitioner are almost identical as alleged against co-accused Mohanlal and Savitri and therefore, the petitioner may be enlarged on anticipatory bail.
The learned Public Prosecutor opposes the bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and upon a consideration of the arguments advanced, this Court is of the opinion that it is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.
Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner - Seema D/o Mohan Lal W/o Surya Prakash in connection with F.I.R. No. 384/2019, Police Station Kotwali, Sri Ganganagar, District Sri Ganganagar shall be released on bail; provided she furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees: Fifty Thousand Only) along with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees: Twenty Five Thousand Only) each to the satisfaction of the concerned Investigating Officer/S.H.O. on the following conditions :-
