Petitioner has filed this second bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

F.I.R. No.19/2019 was registered at Police Station SOG, Jaipur for offence under Sections 420, 406, 409, 477-A, 120-B of I.P.C.

It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that while granting interim bail by this Court, petitioner was directed to deposit entire amount. Petitioner has deposited the entire amount. The receipt of which has been furnished before the Court. It is contended that the entire amount has been paid.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the second bail application.

I have considered the contentions.

Considering the contentions put forth by counsel for the petitioner, I deem it proper to allow the second bail application.

This second bail application is accordingly allowed and it is made clear that petitioner has already granted interim bail up to 13.12.2020 and required to surrender before the jail authorities on 14.12.2020. It is directed that if the petitioner furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lac only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lac only) each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court, petitioner shall not be required to surrender before the jail authorities on 14.12.2020. It is further directed that he shall appear before that Court and any court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
