Since, all these three bail applications filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. arise out of the common FIR No.121/2017 Registered at Police Station Chomu, Jaipur for the offence(s) under Sections 384, 388 & 120-B of I.P.C., hence they have been heard together and are being decided by the present order.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this matter. Counsel further submits that earlier the matter was compromised between the parties and in pursuance thereof, certain cheques were given and for which one of the party has also lodged a complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act which is pending before the competent court of law. Counsel further submits that the challan has already been presented in the court and conclusion of trial may take long time.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail applications.

Considering the contentions put-forth by the counsel for the petitioners and taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this court deems it just and proper to release the petitioners on bail.

Accordingly, these bail applications under Section 439 Cr.P.C. are allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioners-
