The instant criminal misc. application has been filed by the petitioner for restoration of S.B. Criminal Revision Petition No.990/2019, which was dismissed on 08.11.2019 in default for noncompliance of the order dated 16.10.2019.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after passing of pre emptory order, he has already filed the extra set, therefore, the instant criminal misc. application may kindly be allowed and it is further prayed that the criminal revision petition be restored to its original number.
I have heard the arguments advanced before me and perused the material available on record, in compliance of the pre-emptory order, the criminal revision petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed on 08.11.2019, but the petitioner made compliance of the pre-emptory order and submit the necessary documents. In these circumstances, the application filed by the petitioner is allowed and the criminal revision petition be restored to its original number.
Office is directed to restore the S.B. Criminal Revision Petition to its original number.
