The matter comes upon an application filed by the applicant for correction in the order dated 02.03.2020.
It is contended by counsel for the applicant that in the order date 02.03.2020, in the cause-title Police Station Deeg District Bharatpur has been mentioned whereas it should be Police Station Nagar District Bharatpur.
Considering the same, Application is allowed.
In the cause-title, name of Police Station ‘ Deeg, District Bharatpur’ be read as Police Station ‘Nagar District Bharatpur’.
Office is directed to take the amended cause-title on record in original bail application.
