After arguing the matter at some length, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial Court be directed to decide the pending civil suit expeditiously.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection if the trial Court is directed to decided the civil suit pending before it expeditiously.
Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and to the material available on record, the trial Court is directed to decide the civil suit expeditiously but not later than one year from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
The revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
