This contempt petition is filed by the petitioner alleging disobedience of the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 18.12.19 passed in D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.1727/2019. The directions issued reads as under :
“However, considering the submissions made by counsel for the appellant regarding suffering from serious illness of the husband of the appellant, we dispose of this appeal with liberty to the appellant to make a representation before the authorities concerned with regard to her transfer as and when occasion arises and the respondents are directed to look into the matter particularly

considering the illness of husband of the appellant and take a conscious decision.”
It is pertinent to note that while disposing of the special appeal, declining to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge, the petitioner was extended an opportunity to make a representation before the authorities concerned.
Admittedly, the petitioner made the representation to the Director, Secondary Education Rajasthan, Bikaner, which stands rejected vide order dated 20.1.2020. In this view of the matter, in our considered opinion, the directions issued by this Court stands complied with.
No case for initiating the contempt proceedings is made out.
If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order rejecting the representation, she is always at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy available under the law, if any.
The contempt petition is therefore, dismissed.
