This petition has been filed by petitioners seeking review of division bench judgment of this Court dated 01.07.2019 in D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.810/2019.
Learned counsel for respondent has produced for perusal of the court the final award dated 06.08.2019 passed by the Labour Court-First, Jaipur in Case No.LCR57/17, and submitted that in view of the fact that the proceedings before the Labour Court have now been culminated into passing of the final award and thus this review petition has been rendered infructious.

Learned counsel for the petitioners sought to re-argue the matter on merits in the garb of review petition, which cannot be permitted.
In view of the above, the review petition is dismissed. It would however be open to the petitioners to challenge the award on all such grounds as may be available to them in law.
