The matter comes up on miscellaneous application for recalling of the order dated 2^nd June, 2017 passed by this Court and the consequential order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dated 21^st July, 2017.

For the reasons assigned in the application, the same is allowed. The orders dated 2^nd June, 2017 and 21^st July, 2017 are recalled. The writ petition is ordered to be restored on its original number.

Learned counsel submitted that there was an interim order dated 8^th May, 2017 whereby this Court had stayed the operation of the order dated 21^st April, 2017 and the petitioners were allowed to continue on the post, on which they were working prior to passing of the order dated 21^st April, 2017 and further they were allowed to draw salary.

Learned counsel submitted that though the writ petition was dismissed by this Court, however, the petitioners have been continued by the respondents.

¶29

This Court considering the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, restores back the interim order passed by this Court on 8^th May, 2017.
