This miscellaneous application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner No.2 for making correction in her name in the order passed by this Court on 26^th March, 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that name of the petitioner No.2, in the cause-title of the writ petition, was wrongly mentioned as Lalita Singhaniya D/o Shri Harinarayan Singhaniya instead of Lalita Singhadiya D/o Shri Harinarayan Singhadiya.

Learned counsel submits that inadvertent mistake may kindly be rectified and after making correction in the cause-title, necessary correction may also be made in the order passed by this Court on 26^th March, 2019.

For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed.

The name of the petitioner No.2 be read as Lalita Singhadiya D/o Shri Harinarayan Singhadiya instead of Lalita Singhaniya D/o Shri Harinarayan Singhaniya in the cause-title of the writ petition as well as in the order dated 26^th March, 2019. Amended causetitle, already filed along with the application, is ordered to be taken on record.
