Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that

applicants were on bail during trial. Parties are residing in the

neighborhood. Occurrence had taken place on account of dispute with regard to parking of camel cart. There was no previous dispute between the parties. Applicants have no criminal record.

Learned State counsel who is assisted by the counsel for the complainant has opposed the application.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, it would be just and expedient to suspend the sentence of the applicants during the pendency of the appeal.

Accordingly, application is allowed. Sentence of the applicants shall remain suspended during the pendency of the appeal. Applicants be admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the Trial Court.
