Matter has come up on Misc. Application for seeking exemption from personal appearance of the appellant as well as for granting further time to appear in compliance of the order of this court dated 01.05.2019.
Counsel for the appellant submits that in compliance of the order passed by this court dated 01.05.2019 the petitioner failed to appear before this court on 31.05.2019 as he was in judicial custody in some other case. Counsel prayed for further a month’s time for personal appearance of the appellant.
After hearing counsel for the parties, this court deems it appropriate grant further time to the appellant for personal appearance. In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. The appellant is directed to now appear before this court on 09.08.2019.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order passed by this court dated 01.05.2019 the petitioner failed to appear before this court on 31.05.2019. As the petitioner was in judicial custody in some other cases, learned counsel prayed for two month’s time for personal appearance of the petitioner.
In that view of the matter, the application filed by the petitioner is allowed.
