Learned counsel for the State submits that in the meantime the process of delimitation has been concluded by the State and the present writ appeal has been filed while the present delimitation was on. Consequently, the writ appeal has become infructuous. We accordingly not entertaining the present challenge and if the appellant is so aggrieved he may, if so advised, challenge the delimitation.
