The missing girl Mst. “S” has been produced in the Court today. She is aged 15 years.

We conferred with her upon which she stated that she had been forcibly taken away by the accused. The Investigating Officer is investigating the FIR No.53/2019 lodged by the petitioner. The girl expressed her desire of going with her parents whereupon the Child Welfare Committee handed over her custody to her parents. The factual report to this effect filed by Shri Farzand Ali, AAG is taken on record.
In view of above development, the instant habeas corpus petition has served its purpose and is disposed of accordingly. Rule is discharged.
