We have heard Counsel for the parties.

The writ petitioners approached this Court in public interest contending that lands ( khasra No.633 i.e. which is new khasra No.970 measuring 0.33 hectares) of G ram Panchayat , Bawapar Kalan, Tehsil Sangod Distt. Kota has been changed to Gair Mumkin Abadi and that character as Gair Mumkin Talab (in Khasra No.970) has been destroyed.

In the reply, it is contended that first three petitioners have suspect antecedents and they are facing charges in some criminal cases. It is also contended that G ram Panchayat considered all circumstances while deciding to beautify the land.

Having considered the submissions, the Court is of the opinion that so far as writ petition preferred by petitioners No. 1 to 3 is concerned, cannot be maintained on the record on account of suppression of facts. It is hereby, dismissed.

As far as the allegations concerning the diversion of land use, this Court is of the opinion that the matter can be more appropriately considered by a concerned revenue authority.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. All pending applications are disposed of.
