Learned counsel for the parties, jointly submit that the life of the impugned order dated 14.04.2019, issued by the respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner of Police (East), Police Commissionerate, Jodhpur was till 12.06.2019, which has since elapsed and the writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
The Stay Petition No.8361/2019 also stands dismissed.
