An application has been filed by the respondents informing that the petitioner has expired on 21st July, 2018 and petitioner's wife has moved an application for withdrawal for the writ petition before the Secretary, Krish Upaj Mandi Samiti, Ganagapur City, District Sawai Madhopur on 25.9.2018 alongwith death certificate of her husband.
I have considered the application filed by the respondent and find that wife of petitioner namely Smt.Sharda Devi Sharma has requested the respondents to move an application for withdrawal. Her signatures have been verified by the Secretary, Krish Upaj Mandi Samiti, Ganagapur City, namely, Mr. S.S. Gupta. Affidavit of Mr. S.S.Gupta has already been filed alongwith the application.
Taking into consideration the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
