On 08.05.2018, Mr. Kotwani has pleaded no instructions while informing that he has returned the file to the client. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 18.08.2018, 10.12.2018, 06.02.2019 and 09.05.2019.
A perusal of the record of proceedings reveals that on 18.08.2018, 10.12.2018 and 06.02.2019, nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to pursue the matter, which shows that

the petitioner is no more interested in prosecuting the present writ petition.
The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
The Stay Application No.50/2018 also stands dismissed.
