Petitioner has filed this writ petition after having remained unsuccessful in his earlier writ petition, which travelled upto the Supreme Court. After the Supreme Court has rejected his contention, petitioner appearing in person, submits that in view of the judgments and observations made by this court in subsequent case, petitioner’s case be reconsidered. However, upon being informed that his successive writ petition relates to the issue which stands concluded by orders of Supreme Court and it could not have been filed being frivolous petition. Petitioner present in person prays to withdraw this writ petition. Same is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
