By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought direction to regularize his possession.
Narrating the facts, Mr. Bhari, learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out that on 27.9.2013, the Director, Local Bodies has sent a communication to the Executive Officer, Municipal Board, Rawatsar at the instance of the petitioner to regularize his possession, yet nothing has been done, despite petitioner’s persuasion.

In the background of above facts, he sought direction to the respondent Municipal Board to regularize petitioner’s possession.
In considered opinion of this Court, neither the relief as prayed by the petitioner can be granted by this Court, nor can this Court ensure implementation of the order passed by the Director, Local Bodies way back on 27.9.2013.
The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. The petitioner may, however, take appropriate statutory remedy available to him under law.
The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
