judgment of this Court in the case of Sushma & Anr. Versus
The State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B Civil Writ Petition No.
22659/2017; decided on 1-12-2018) and other connected
matters. .He prays that this petition be disposed of in terms

of the aforesaid judgment passed in the case of Sushma &
Anr. (supra).
In view of the submission of counsel for the petitioner, the judgment dated 1.12.2018 passed by this court in the case of Sushma & Anr. (supra) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the case of the petitioner to the extent applicable on facts.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
