This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to question the validity of the order dated 30.09.2018 (Annex.-3).
A perusal of the record indicates that after passing of the order dated 30.09.2018, qua which it is submitted that the said Bhatnagar Placement Agency has no relation with the petitioner and that employer of the petitioner is Jalore Central Cooperative Bank Ltd and that despite passing of the order dated 30.09.2018,

the petitioner continued to discharge his services for two months, the petitioner has not raised his grievance with the respondentBank and has directly rushed to this Court.
In the above circumstances of the case, the petition filed by the petitioner without approaching the respondent-Bank, cannot be entertained.
Consequently, there is no substance in the writ petition, the same is, therefore, dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the respondent-Bank.
