Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that the controversy involved in the present writ petitions is identical to the one decided by this court in bunch of writ petitions vide order dated 19.7.2019 (SBCWP No.9226/2019 – Gurusar Modiya Gram Seva Sahakari Samiti Ltd. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.)
Mr. Beniwal, is not in a position to dispute this factual aspect of the matter.
Office reported certain defects in some writ petitions, however, since the controversy involved in the writ petitions on merit is covered, therefore, the defects pointed out by the Registry being innocuous one, the same are hereby over ruled.
Hence, these writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the order dated 19.7.2019 passed in Gurusar Modiya Gram Seva Sahakari Samiti Ltd. (supra).
The stay applications also stand disposed of accordingly.
The Registry is directed to keep photostat copy of this order in each file mentioned above.
