By way of the present application, the petitioner submits that in changed circumstances State Bank of India be substituted as party-respondent no.5 in place of State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur.
The application is not opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents and the same is, therefore, allowed.
The amended cause title filed by the petitioner alongwith the application is taken on record.
