The petitioner, in the instant writ petition, has prayed for change of his category from OCB Non-creamy Layer to More Backward Class (MBC).
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was permitted to approach the respondents for change of category.
Learned counsel submitted that on enquiry, the petitioner found that he is not able to get the minimum required marks in MBC category and as such, change of category of the petitioner from OBC Non-creamy Layer to MBC itself, cannot result into his selection.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition does not require any adjudication and accordingly, the same is dismissed.
