The instant petition challenges order dt.28.03.2019 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Bandikui, District Dausa whereby the amendment sought in the written statement by the petitionersdefendant has been denied.
Learned counsel for the petitioners after making submission for some time submitted that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take legal pleas before the Court below in respect of the issue, which are involved.

This Court finds that the order dt.28.03.2019 does not require any interference. It goes without saying that the petitioners are always free to take legal pleas at appropriate stage.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
