1. The instant petiti d by the petitioner for claiming interest @ delayed payment of y ratuity. The petitio o grant him payment against the Gazetted H d payment of overtime. 2. This Court finds t the Court has granted interest on delayed payment on gratuity @ 6% and further two months time is given t.9 pay the interest. This Court further finds that the other claims instead of payment of gazetted .. , -: " i .I" holidays, due rest, overtime, etc., the respondent-Corporation is ! required to examine the matter by an audit team and after receipt I I I) 1 of report of the audit team, the due payments, if any, are required - > to be made within a period of 6 months by giving directions to the

respondent-corporation to pay interest on the delayed payment of gratuity @ 6% to the petitioner within a period of two months and !< Q. Corporation is further directed to conduct audit against the due - 'i claim against the petitioner in which'gazetted holidays is due and same are found, the payment be released within a period of six months.
