The case was called out twice but nobody is present even in second round. Earlier also on 15.02.2018, 16.03.2018, 05.04.2018 and 22.05.2018 nobody was present for the appellant. Yet again, when the matter was on the board, none appeared for the appellant on 29.05.2018 & 16.08.2018.
Today also, nobody has appeared for the appellant.
In this view of the matter, the instant appeal is dismissed in default and for want of prosecution.
