Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking benefit of first regular parole for twenty days.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has undergone more than five years of actual sentence. Jail conduct of the petitioner is satisfactory. As per the report of

the District Parole Advisory Committee, Jaipur the case of the petitioner for grant of parole has been recommended.

Learned State counsel has opposed the petition.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be just and expedient to order the release of the petitioner on first regular parole.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be released on first regular parole for twenty days subject to the satisfaction of the respondent No. 3.
